Janusz Zabagło leads the kitchen with passion and curiosity. He’s cooked at top restaurants in Poland and abroad, perfecting the balance between tradition and modern technique. His inspiration comes from regional ingredients and the legacy of Krakow’s cuisine, always striving for simplicity, purity and flavour.
